Availability of parts, repair services, and repair instructions
For the following equipment, replacement parts, repair services, and repair instructions are not available:
- Set-top boxes
- Fiber modems (ONT)
- Routers
- Remote controls
- Mesh units
- MOCA adapters
If equipment is defective, the applicable options are those provided under its warranty or, in the case of rented equipment, under the replacement terms in effect.
Equipment warranty
New equipment
- Set-top box: 12-month warranty
- Router: 6-month warranty
- Fiber modem (ONT): 6-month warranty
- Remote control: 3-month warranty
- Mesh unit: 6-month warranty
- MOCA adapter: no warranty
Used equipment
- Set-top box: 6-month warranty
- Router: 3-month warranty
- Fiber modem (ONT): 3-month warranty
- Remote control: no warranty
- Mesh unit: 3-month warranty
- MOCA adapter: no warranty
Equipment replacement
MOCA adapters are not billed to the customer. If one becomes defective, it will therefore be replaced.
In addition, all rented equipment is replaced at no charge in the event of an internal malfunction.
