How do I log in to my CooptelTV service?

To connect a device to your CooptelTV service, you’ll need a username and password when you first log in to a device. If you have a CooptelTV set-top box, this information can be found under the Settings > Devices > Add a New Device menu. If you’ve lost this information, you can contact our technical support team to have new credentials issued.

What if I want to replay a show?

The Replay feature lets you watch TV channel content up to 24 hours after it airs, without having to record it. Due to contractual restrictions, this feature is not available for the following channels:

Can I transfer my recordings from my old set-top box to CooptelTV?

When switching to CooptelTV, your recordings and schedules will be lost. It is therefore important to reschedule your shows as soon as the service is set up. A variety of content is also available on demand via the “Series” menu.

CooptelTV is available on the following platforms:

  • CooptelTV Set-Top Box
  • Smart TVs and Android TV devices
  • Smart TVs and Google TV devices
  • iOS for iPhone and iPad
  • Android phone
More platforms are coming soon.

How do I use the new Google Cast feature?

The Google Cast feature allows you to stream authorized content from a compatible device to a Google Cast-enabled device. To work properly:

  • Both devices must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Your smart device must support Google Cast.
  • The selected content must be compatible with Google Cast.

How can I view only the channels I subscribe to?

You can view all channels or just the ones you subscribe to, depending on your preference. To do this, go to the Settings –> Profile menu. Select the desired profile and click “Edit” next to it. In the profile options, you’ll see the option “View subscribed channels only.” Once you’ve changed the setting, don’t forget to scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on “Accept.”

Where are my radio stations?

Radio stations are grouped into a more intuitive app so as not to clutter the TV guide. Go to the home menu; under the “Apps” section, you’ll see an app with a headphone logo on a green background. Open this app and you’ll see your available radio stations.

When I start up the decoder, can I go directly to the station I was listening to before I turned it off?

Absolutely. You can choose the behavior when the decoder starts up under the Settings –> System –> Startup Settings menu. You can choose to display the home screen or go directly to the last channel you watched.
